The ‘maitre’ was a little dry making the arrival at the restaurant a little less embracing than would have been appreciated, however the lovely waitress very attentive, efficient but not over bearing making up for not the best reception and making our evening quite pleasant.
We arrived upon opening so the smell of cleaning products was quite strong, not ideal, especially for such a small and closed place.. I guess the limited ventilation is also to blame for that, in any case, after a while it passes.
In regards to food, we ordered the 9 course degustation menu and in my humble opinion at least 7 of them were exceptional, maybe 2 not my absolute preference, but that could be a personal thing, would be objective to say very good in any case.
Maybe if we go again I will order a la carte which will surely be a different experience.
All in all very good

I was served the best oysters I have ever had and the nigiri had a simple appearance but was packed full of flavor. I left dinner feeling emotional and deep appreciation for the Chef who took immense care to prepare every dish. Will definitely visit again and recommend

I was there now 2 times and it is great on different levels.
1. Menu hotpot- really good food. The kitchen surprises with sushi traials great experience. Wonderful service.
2. Tasting menu with wagyu. Really great. The staff amazing and nice. Got super nice service from a guy from Jaen (area)
The food is every time an explosion in your mouth. It’s just great. Could bring anyone and be sure to find the right taste.
The sommelier is also nice and tastes the wine with you.
-now a pure sushi evening is missing- we will come for that.

Came to this restaurant on a day when I was craving sushi so much after couple of days in Palma. Was a bit hesitant at first because how good can sushi be on a Spanish island? OH BOY how wrong was I! The Nigiris here are just on another level - food is so incrediblely fresh and well-seasoned. All the appetizers we tried once already by now and let me tell you, the iberico pork dumplings and the all brioches are such chef kiss!!! Fusion cuisine done just RIGHT!! Umeshu and Yuzu Sake are also incredibly yummy. You can tell the people who make the food here really care about their craft. Kudos to the chefs. The staffs are always so attentive, friendly and helpful in recommending as well. Such a great place to dine in that makes your foodie soul happy. We love this place so much we visited 3 times during our one month stay in Mallorca and have told all our friends to come as well hahaha SUCH A GEM we discovered!! We'll be back in December and will for sure visit again!

I have had the pleasure of dining at Kaizen twice, and I must say, everything about this beautiful place is perfect. The quality of the ingredients is exceptional. Each time, I chose the 9-course omakase menu, and every course was a delightful surprise. The presentation is impeccable, and the flavors are outstanding, all skillfully delivered by the knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be returning.
