The tapas here are well balanced between portion size and taste we were 5 and filled up pretty quickly. The octopus was the favourite followed by the large croquettes (beef) and the dessert. All really liked the Anchovies also. Service was point and the restaurant was buzzing.  We enjoyed the visit.

Really fun and buzzing place!

We waited about 20 minutes in a queue before going in as the place was busy on a Monday night. Service was quick after we were sat, with plates arriving at different times which was expected.

However we did have to wait around 30 minutes for our last dish and had to ask about it (we assume the server did not actually order it the first time). Similar thing happened a couple more times with drinks, where we had to wait 10+ minutes for a beer glass to be delivered (despite the other ordered drink taking less than 1 minute).

There seems to be a lot of staff running around constantly, but was actually quite tricky to pin people down.

The food was delicious, albeit quite expensive compared to other tapas places.

Authentic tapas in the centre of Palma. Fantastic atmosphere, you must book in advance as it’s difficult to get a table. Good variety of tapas. A bit more expensive than other tapas bars such as Bosch but the quality is much better. Service is quick normally.

Stayed in Palma for 3 nights and we went to La Rosa every night. Staff are really lovely and food is delicious 😋 recommend booking beforehand as it is so popular.

We had an excellent experience at La Rosa Vermuteria & Colmado in Palma! Every dish we tried was delicious, and the sangria was fantastic. Be sure to make a reservation if you don't want to wait in a long queue. Highly recommend!
