It’s all about those ribs. The best I’ve ever tasted, I’ll have a lasting memory of those. OMBU is not only situated perfectly in the gateway to Palma but is also the perfect place to enjoy incredible Tapas whilst soaking up the atmosphere of this wonderful city. The service was exceptional as was the quality of the food. The influence of flavours from around the world whilst staying true to the origins of traditional Spanish tapas is very evident. Overall a great dining experience

Our last night in Palma and we certainly kept one of the best restaurants to last.
Food was absolutely stunning and you could see the attention to detail in every dish in the plates.
Loved the fact it was a dominanted kitchen of fantastic women chefs. They were on fire.

The service was so attentive and staff were super friendly. We had a late dinner and finished up around 11pm and staff were still serving tables.

Anyone visiting Palma needs to add OMBU to their list. You won't be disappointed

We walked in the restaurant and got seated indoors. We ordered the burger tapas and the shrimp tempura taco. The burger was too salty but still tasty. The fries that came with the burger were AMAZING! The taco was perfect! Recommend stopping here if you’re in the vicinity

I was dining solo and had a great dining experience sitting at the bar.
William and Maria were amazing hosts, we had great conversations and fun.
The complete staff was super nice although the place was crowded.
The food exceeded my expectations!
I can highly recommend the Burrata (thanks William) and the aubergine.
The cocktails were delicious as well!
The only issue was the heat at the bar area, the rest of the restaurant was getting AC but maybe because I was sitting close to the kitchen.
Overall highly recommended and better to make a reservation.

Walked past OMBU and decided to try the tapas for lunch. It was a little underwhelming if i can be honest.

The ribs were good, fell off the bones.
Patatas bravas were ok. Had better ones for cheaper.
Croquettes were decent. Not out of this world. Just okay.

Nice place and atmosphere though for a quick drink.
