One of the most friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. Staff made us feel like part of the family, which was very nice. They genuinely seemed interested in what we had done each day and gave us tips on where to go.
The hotel itself is situated in a nice quiet part of the old town but just a short stroll to shops, bar's, restaurants and cafes.
It's an old building that has been tastefully renovated on the outside but very modern on the inside.
Our room was very spacious with a large bed and a bathroom with one of the best showers I have ever had in a hotel.
We would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

We loved staying here. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. My wife is a wheelchair user and it was great they had a room that worked well and even had easy access for the breakfast area and sauna. Even though it’s in the middle of Palma it was very quiet and peaceful. It was a magical time and we’ll be dreaming about it I’m sure for years to come

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Palma. Walking distance to all the great spots and restaurants. The front desk team was very nice and helpful - big thank you to Elena, Alicia and Chris for making our stay to memorable. We will definitely come back!

Amazing and simply beautiful hotel. I recently traveled to Mallorca alone and found this hotel exceeded my expectations. Fantastic location, super easy to walk around and located near tons of shops, restaurants, and bars! I loved hanging out on the rooftop by the pool (it looks like a giant jacuzzi but it’s cool water so perfect for cooling off after laying out in the sun!). Thank you for your hospitality, Sant Jaume Design Hotel! Can’t wait to visit again!

We had a fantastic stay at this at the Sant Jaume. We had a very warm welcome and the team went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We had a fantastic room and great terrace. Location is amazing, right in the heart of the old town. The lunch menu could have more variety. Overall we had a fantastic time and would definitely return!
