We had a wonderful dinner at Stagier. The place is tiny - just a couple of tables, but absolutely worth the trouble of planning / booking. Inventive dishes (fusion of Mediterranean and Peruvian it feels?), top-notch ingredients, excellent presentation, slick and professional service, and, as always, you can tell already, as soon as the bread basket arrives, that the meal will be outstanding 😁 Amazing job, brigade de cuisine! Would love to be back.

A small, cozy restaurant that requires booking in advance. It was easily our favorite dining experience in Mallorca. The dishes were creative, exquisite, and made fresh, while the service was equally outstanding. Highly recommended.

Very small restaurant with only a few tables so I would recommend booking in advance. Good variety of dishes on the menu and perfect for sharing.

My favorite dinner in Mallorca was at Stagier! There wasn’t a dish I didn’t like, and I even requested the menu again to try something else. The restaurant itself is small and intimate. When you walk in, the entire restaurant will pause to stare type of small. Strongly recommend the foie gras, leek and chive compote to start and choosing at least 4-5 other dishes as the portions are on the smaller end. Other popular dishes include the classic sea bass ceviche, gyoza,  and the grilled wagyu. The fish tacos were also surprisingly very tasty as well!

The night that we dined, they did not accept walk ins, so reservations are advised!
