Food was absolutely unreal, my starter was lovely and my steak was amazing. Some lovely wine selection.

The waiter couldn’t be more helpful constantly over asking how we were and if we needed a top up or anything else.

Was our first time in palma as we wanted a nice night out. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going. However we wanted to sit on the rooftop but was not open when we visited which is a shame.

The whole place itself was stunning inside would definitely return.

Lovely dinner. Steak and sides were perfect. Best to book if wishing for table especially outside. We did manage to walk in but only had the table for an hour and although enough time for mains no time for starters. Would return and recommend.

Would give 3.5 stars. I ordered the ribeye steak, which had good flavour to it but came out cold at first. The waiter was very helpful and immediately took it away to heat up. The truffle mac and cheese lacked flavour big time, and I couldn’t taste any truffle. Used salt and pepper to add more seasoning to it. The interior is very pretty however, and the restaurant had a good vibe to it in a convenient location.

The Merchant will not disappoint! This restaurant is super cute & I highly recommend sitting in the patio (do note the patio is a 5€ charge per person). We ordered the beef tartare on bone metros, as for the main course we had  The Beast- this was  a tomahawk steak & lobster for 2 people. This was by far one of the best lobsters we’ve enjoyed !

Part of a beautiful boutique hotel, with a lovely atmosphere and a beautiful view of the Cathedral from the roof top cocktail bar. Food was really good but all sides were not included but additional and this adds to the final bill and it is expensive, maybe this is because we chose the steak options. Staff were lovely and helpful. The restaurant is below ground and personally I found it a little dark and hard to see what I was eating but the ambience was lovely.
