This upscale, boutique hotel is on my top 5  list of best luxury hotels I’ve stayed. The property design, ambiance, and  aesthetics are top notch with some of the best staff in the game. The staff goes above and beyond to make our experience extra special. They also source the best quality ingredients culminating in a gastric experience most will enjoy and appreciate. The rooms are well appointed and includes all the expected amenities then some.  Kudos to the design team, as It seems no detail was overlooked.
All in all, my experience here was the highlight of my trip through Spain’s Iberian peninsula.

I stayed here in Aug 2024 with 5 other family members. This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. The service and attention to detail is impecable. The decor is beautiful and the location is amazing. Can't say enough good things about my experience here. If you're considering booking, just do it!

The hotel design is stunning, with a clear focus on quality materials and thoughtful selections throughout the hotel. However, I was disappointed by a few aspects. There’s no on-site parking, and valet service comes at an extra cost. In-room drinking water is limited, which felt unexpected for a hotel of this standard. Additionally, staff presence around communal areas, the spa, and the restaurant was sparse, and the level of friendliness and service didn’t quite match the luxury experience I had anticipated.

Amazing service and beautiful rooms. Cannot recommend this hotel enough. The food was the best we had in the island by far.
The pools and saunas are great, especially the salt water pool. I wish I had only stayed at this hotel, instead of moving to other parts of the island.
Santanyi is very quiet though, which is great for what I was looking for but not necessarily for everyone.

Recommended by a friend, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff were brilliant, food spectacular (try the pork negro) and the room was beautiful and comfortable with all the mod cons. Well worth a stay and right on the edge of the old town so easy to access.
