I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The rooms were fantastic—clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. What truly stood out was the staff. Both the reception and restaurant teams went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. The hospitality was top-notch, and their warm, friendly demeanor made all the difference.

Perfect for a comfy getaway.

Loved it all and food is excellent especially in the cafe. They have an incredible tortilla de patata and the staff is super friendly. Went for dinner too and the food was outstanding (the leeks were a dream!). Rooms were big and very comfortable and they even leave you a sweet treat when you arrive. 🥹

But Hotel guests still get charged 30€ per person for 90 minutes in the spa, which is a VERY high price. But that is the only thing we would change

During our recent stay at Hotel Arima, we were thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and warmth of the staff, particularly the breakfast team. Their service was extraordinary, with some staff members speaking impeccable French, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

The room was comfortable, offering a restful ambiance with a calming view of the terrace and surrounding greenery. The tranquil setting was perfect for relaxation, yet the hotel’s location was conveniently close to San Sebastian. A quick 15-minute bus ride (with a stop just a 2-minute walk from the hotel) made it easy to explore the city without needing to drive.

Overall, Hotel Arima is a fantastic choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat with outstanding service and convenient access to the city. Highly recommended.

Service and rooms were great. Location is just outside the city center and while there is a bus, we drove to and from and it took ~15mins. We preferred this location because it was quiet. Our room rate included breakfast which had a lot. We also took advantage of the spa which we enjoyed, though it would have been nice if pool access was free. If you are not booking a spa treatment, just know it’s €30 per person.

Wonderful hotel with fabulous and friendly staff. The rooms are very nice, and have everything you need. I cannot recommend the hotel restaurant enough - we had some of the yummiest mussels there, and all of the staff were so helpful and friendly. Pretty good breakfast too - make sure to try the eggs. It is a little outside of the city but there is a bus stop with regular busses or you can walk through the park into the city centre - approx a 75min walk that does include a few hills. Secure underground parking available and the rooftop pool has great views.
