We had a round of pinxtos in this bustling bar, they were tasty but not exceptional. I would happily go back there to sample some of their interesting range of beers and give the food another chance.

The burger txuleta is phenomenal - cooked medium rare and served on a brioche bun with a cheese crema. It’s so good we came back twice! I believe it’s 9 euros

The pinchos anchovies are also amazing - the vinegar anchovies have fried garlic on top which is the perfect complement. And they are all made fresh to order.

One of our best discoveries in San Sebastian, Bar Desy, was a true delight. Every dish was simply amazing and hit the spot perfectly.
