Great experience! Winter menu was just amazing with all dishes made with truffle including dessert. Services was accurate and correct as you would expect. Enough space between tables that offer you comfortable environment. Great prices for a restaurant with that category. Definitely will come back!

We had the most wonderful experience at Zaldiaran on Sat 25th June 2022. Each meal was served meticulously and described eloquently. The food was delicious and it was clear that they took huge pride in their flavours and execution.  I would recommend this to anyone who visits Vitoria. Thank you to Juan and for the lovely gift (El Principio).

We went for lunch. The dining room is lovely, the people and the service are first class. But I have to be honest, I didn't think that the food was up to Michelin star quality.

A beautiful restaurant with great service.
We booked here for lunch and had the tasting menu and had 2 bottles of wine local to the area. The price was very very good and the service was impeccable.
For such a great restaurant we were surprised at the great value.
We will definitely be returning

HIgh level restaurant in the center of the town, one michelin star. Service is ok, food is good and it is famous because of the excellent tartar. They make it in front of you. Good value
