My husband and I recently stayed at the Hotel & The Oriental Spa Garden and had the most amazing experience. We stayed for 5 nights and the staff were absolutely amazing the entire time. When we arrived, the front desk staff were very helpful and Antonio (I believe was his name) showed us to our room. Once in the room, he explained several things about the room which was a great way to familiarize ourselves with the space we would call home for the next few days. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and professional our entire stay. We were able to call and easily get an iron, taxi etc. The attention to detail in the room was superb. We especially enjoyed the pillow menu options and turn down service. The breakfast was outstanding and a lovely way to start the day. We utilized the spa area with a couples massage and played tennis.

I love fresh flowers and the fresh rose in the bathroom was a wonderful touch. We dined at The Oriental and II Pappagallo which were both delicious. The live music each night was a fun treat for a wind down at the end of the evening.

Hotel Botanico is a true Luxury Hotel and I thank the entire staff for making our trip to Tenerife so wonderful.

It was an amazing holidays, while you get what you expect from a 5* hotel, the most outstanding point was the service. The staff is wonderful and caring and really helps you. We went with a baby and they were organising around him.
. Hotel is very clean and very well maintained, it is as described on pictures from the booking. Mix of style from old European and Thai.
. Spa, garden and amenities are great and relaxing. November was a great time to go as there was always space for anything and it was not crowded. There is included several swimming pools (one indoor heated), jacuzzis, fountain, saunas of every type, water beds, yoga room and gym room. You can also pay massages and haircut but we havent tried.
. Food was great as well, in particular Papagallo and Oriental. Parilla was not the best experience due to slowness and lack of professionalism. I'd recommend the other two where food and service were outstanding. All kitchens are open kitchens, food is fresh and high quality. Breakfast is a buffet with everything you might want. There is also a person dedicated to eggs and crepes.
. Service is the most outstanding as I mentioned. Reception is really caring. We had to take the baby to hopital they helped us a lot with calling people, but also cared later to check on us. Always calm and that also helped us. Room staff also very present, make sure to use the Do not disturb card as they have several different cleaning processes through the day. Restaurant staff from Papagallo and Oriental will remember how you request things/orders and will prepare for next times. Customer relationship Susana (hopefully got the name right!) was really caring to make sure we had great experience, was also sharing about the hotel history and art.
. The hotel is close to the beach but it is a bit of climbing on the way back! Just in case the hotel has a shuttle system as well every hour or something like that. Would personally stay in the spa garden!
. In term of timing, November was good choice. Not crowded, 24-27 degrees, lower price.
Would definitely recommend and will go again for sure.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location. Some fantastic wildlife in the gardens & grounds too.  The staff are wonderful, very attentive & polite. The food is excellant, we ate in every restaurant and the food didn't disappoint. Rooms are cleaned everyday to the hightest of standards and we loved how they prepared the rooms at night for you. Little cakes & chocolates left during the day was a lovely treat. The spa is fantastic and deserves all the awards they have received. We will be back. I can't wait.

This hotel is beautiful and you're cared for - from check in all the way through. Only criticism is the food and drinks are expensive in the hotel (food especially at the outdoor bar). The rooms are huge and comfortable with a fridge, safe, twa/coffee facilities.. Balconies comfy with nice furniture. Definitely recommend

High end hotel with very nice spa. All workers were friendly and knowledgeable about spa and places around. Room is cleaned to perfection! View from balcony breathtaking! Cacti and palms all around. Black swan in the little pond.
