Excellent restaurant for a gourmet dinner in Albacete.  This place is recommended by the Michelin guide but should have at least o e star.  The food was excellent and the services very friendly and attentive.  The menu includes unique takes on local flavors and typical Spanish dishes, very well executed and very flavorful.  I would definitely recommend this place.  Reservations are encouraged but only available by calling the restaurant.
