Enhorabuena a todo el equipo por hacer disfrutar a los comensales de un menú gastronómico tan diferente a lo que se suele probar por ahí. Aquí las especies autóctonas de la manchuela y los fermentados son la estrella del menú.
Como punto a mejorar para seguir cosechando reconocimientos: pese al que el servicio fue agradable y profesional, se echó en falta un poco más de tablas en alguno de los miembros. Entiendo que es un equipo joven y que en muchos aspectos están en constante mejora así que estoy seguro que son cosas que se pulirán con el tiempo.

Congratulations to the entire team for making diners enjoy a gastronomic menu so different from what is usually tried out there. Here the native species of Manchuela and the fermented ones are the star of the menu.
As a point to improve to continue garnering recognition: although the service was pleasant and professional, some of the members were missing a little more tables. I understand that it is a young team and that in many aspects they are constantly improving so I am sure that these are things that will be polished over time.

Una experiencia a la altura de su estrella Michelin.
Servicio excepcional, todo bien detallado y explicado por parte de los camareros, muy serviciales y atentos en todo momento al cliente.
La comida sin palabras. Detalles realmente gustosos en boca, y en vista solo hay que verlos… Trabajan con productos increíbles tratados con delicadeza, donde se nota que cuidan minuciosamente cada elemento.
Su propuesta de vinos son poco conocidos, algo que nos encantó porque tienen una variedad excelente.
Pedimos el cuaderno medio con incertidumbre de si nos íbamos a quedar saciadas, pero sin duda cumplió con todo, a parte de explicarnos que al ser dicho menú ponen algo más de cantidad para que el cliente se quede totalmente completo.
Tuvimos la suerte de conocer al chef, Juan, que sin duda fue muy cercano y amable, haciendo la experiencia más grata y amena.
Nos encanta todo el Grupo Cañitas y sin duda siempre es un acierto visitarlos 🤩

Exceptional service, everything well detailed and explained by the waiters, very helpful and attentive to the customer at all times.
Food without words. Really tasty details in the mouth, and in appearance you just have to see them... They work with incredible products treated with delicacy, where you can tell that they take meticulous care of each element.
Their wine offering is little known, something we loved because they have an excellent variety.
We asked for the medium notebook with uncertainty as to whether we were going to be satisfied, but without a doubt it did everything, apart from explaining to us that since this is the menu they put a little more quantity so that the client is completely full.
We were lucky to meet the chef, Juan, who was undoubtedly very close and friendly, making the experience more pleasant and enjoyable.
We love the entire Cañitas Group and without a doubt it is always a success to visit them 🤩
