Wonderful meal, the cuco fish was superb full of flavor....the grilling made the aroma and taste came out so nice.

A friendly lower cost option (not Michelin starred), with good food. Loved the ajoblanco and black pudding, which I enjoyed tasting rare.

Somellier and maître Jaime was particularly fun and helpful with our wine cravings.

Great atmosphere, I liked the location and the food. We ordered 2 starters and 2 first dishes to share, I recommend to order the scallops and the artichokes. The pulpo and the croquetas were also good, but less creative dishes than the first two. Service is attentive and prepared, good suggestion for the wine selection.

Wonderful treatment by all the staff!  Excellent food on the set menu  Stratus 1, which is usually only served during the week, but which we were allowed to pre-book for our lunch on Saturday.  Not only that, but after finishing our delicious lemon desert, I  dared to inquire about their version  of my absolute favourite dessert: Tiramisu, which I saw on the midweek menu "N-623".
Without hesitation, our attentive waiter was speaking on his earpice-mic and requested a serving to be delivered to our table with all the details required to enable my wife and I to share this additional experience between us - at the same time as our coffees were served . No delay.  Really special.

Keeling in mind that Cono Tradición  is a family friendly venue, one can expect to share the space with a few lucky young foodies, no surprise there. The two-year(?,) at another table, was in his element and, again, I take my hat off to the serving staff [and his dad] who interacted very well with the little one, keeping his attention and with just the right amount of amusement, to not be a disturbance to anyone.

All round an very pleasant experience. If it has to be a Michelin star, however,  you'll have to specify the Cobo Evolution restaurant- at the same entrance, but on the upper floor. Have a look at the different menus before you decide whether it is what you want. You will not regret it.
