When we arrived, they thought we did not have a reservation, and the attitude of the lady who opened the door was really bad and borderline not polite. Then after they realized we do have a reservation, their attitude changed, nevertheless, this alone will make me give the restaurant a lower rating.
The food and service were good, some plates were better than the others. They play with textures and Peruvian flavors fusion, otherwise the flavors are basic.

There were mistakes in the presentation and in some plates that I don’t expect to see in a this type of restaurant.

Overall, an ok experience but I would not come back nor recommend to friends. There is no lack of good restaurants in Spain and there are other many places with good food to try!

A bit disappointing experience overall: “basic” menu for an Michelin star restaurant with standard dishes like rice and another with heavy mistakes (e.g ceviche was super salty). Also, the cooking was slow even having few level of occupation and we waited a lot between dishes.
In a nutshell, the food was good but definitively is not a good value for money restaurant.

Made a reservation with the hotel upon check in, when checking in we were told we didn’t have a reservation and there was nothing they could do and told us the hotel always books at the wrong restaurant, which indeed was the case, the restaurant they booked us at was the hotel bar that has at least 20 open tables throughout the night so not sure why. Anyways this seems like a place that favors the local crowd and not tourists as they seem much more accommodating and helpful for locals.
