We had a great lunch here before our visit to the palace.  They serve traditional food with a modern touch.  The portion is big.  My favorite is the tortilla with ortigilla.  Definitely a must to try!

This place is very special, you can really see the idea and effort behind every plate. The space is elegant but no pressure if you come casual. The service is 5 star, they love what they do!

Best gourmet restaurant in the region. We did not take the menu because it was too much food especially given it was diner at it opens quite late (Spanish times) but we shared 2 starters, 2 plates and 1 desert for 3 people.
Excellent wines
Sometimes very creative cuisine! We loved the tomato tartar with basil icrecream, de croquetas de judiones, or thé pistache fondant !

Superb restaurant, something different from the classic Spanish food of central Spain. The creativity, quality and taste couldn’t be better. Kind and warm service.

Worth to go and have lunch here when in the Region. Food was delicious and service kind and good.

Originally built as a plumbing facility to serve the nearby Palacio Real and the old hospital of the Real Sitio de San Ildefonso, the building's early 18th century origins are steeped in royal history. In 1783, expansions incorporated parts of the old hospital, including a courtyard that historically served as the hospital's infirmary space, adding layers of communal and medical heritage to the site.
