Very good food for a reasonable price. I have enjoyed dinner a lot. Loved the ceviche, nikkei and the oyster best but all dishes are winners. Go and dine here!!!

We had a family lunch at Restaurante Víctor Gutiérrez during the Easter holidays upon recommendation of a friend. We all took the 13 courses menu and we absolutely loved it.

Everything was delicious, very flavourful and prepared with great precision and balance. The courses were presented in a very artful manner. We liked we could taste the Chef Peruvian roots in the plates. We've got well recommended on the wine that was pairing great with the dishes.

The staff have been very professional, while nice and friendly considering we came with a 1y old baby and they've been very understanding and patient. Special mention to them 👌

It was a great experience overall and we definitely recommend it !

A place that served  some of the best seafood i have ever eaten, (and I am from the west coast of Norway!).
The crayfish melted in my mouth. The oysters served with jalapeño alone is a good reason to come back to Salamanca, and this excellent resturant.

Truly delicious. 2.5hr+ meal and never felt rushed. My favorites on the tasting menu were the partridge, tuna ceviche, eel, and the savory chocolate/yuzu bread. Highly recommend the wine pairings as well!

Had a delicious meal with excellent service. We had the small tasting menus and it was the perfect amount of food, was very satisfied but not feeling too full. Pisco sour was a great way to start.
