There are three choices in the menu, we chose the middle option, I was expecting a bit more chic dishes to make with local meat and vegetables options, like asparagus which in the season now, maybe not in this option.

We all felt the service was a bit rush and pushy, after we expressed it, finally slow down at a pleasant pace. We wanted more bread to eat with the cheese dish, but there is no one to notice us and we tried get someone’s attention, was still not successful, so we finally had the cheese without bread.

Must be my expectation too high for a Michelin restaurant.

Overall, great richness food,hit all channels! Enjoy a lot anyway ❤️😊

The luncheon here brought a series of mavelous, refined dishes, accompanied by a selection of excellent wines. Attentive service under the watchful eye of the proprietress. The restaurant has a generous, welcoming atmosphere and a great quality/price ratio. A most highly recommended restaurant for an optimal culinary experience in Valladolid.

It pains me to write this review. The staff were very nice throughout. Incredibly friendly and even the chef came out to serve and explain some of the dishes which was a very nice touch.

That being said, the experience was a huge disappointment. The restaurant prides itself on being able to cater to virtually all dietary restrictions. I explained as part of the booking that my partner is a pescatarian which was also confirmed at the table with our waitress when we arrived - the first bite she received contained ham. We subsequently explained it again to yet another person and from then on it seemed to have gone much more smoothly as far as no-meat is concerned.

We also ordered wine pairings with our lunch which mostly worked ok but there was a huge disparity between when the food arrived and when the pairings were poured (5 mins + of the food sitting on our table getting cold while we waited for the pairings).

Finally, there is the quality of the dishes. This place had arguably the worst thing I ever put in my mouth which was one of the small bites to start with (I forget what it was because it truly didn’t taste like human food but it was a round, dark gel-like ball), it tasted like cement  - honestly hideous. The meat in the tortellini as well as the fish were both massively overcooked, it just didn’t work.

The only thing that actually worked great was the cheese plate which had great garnishes paired with each cheese and the dessert.

Overall, wouldn’t recommend, it is nowhere near Michelin quality and Michelin should be embarrassed about awarding any distinction to this place.

was a good moment overall
It was a set menu for 55 euro
Pastela de Paloma and tarteleta de atun were good but overall aperativos were rather disappointing which is not very engaging for the start of a dinner.
The first dish was not really better but it all started with the langoustine and then it was really excellent.

Staff is extremely nice and service is good.

Even with limited Spanish we come to share on bodega Alberto that we had visited the same day and we had the opportunity to taste the DORADO. It was great !! Thank you for that.

Prices are ok for wine, coffee or water but I found just incredible that you have to pay for bread: 4euro per pax.

Music was super painful for me
