I stumbled upon this place and it was right to my taste. I popped in for a drink, and I was immediately taken with the place. The decor was on point, the music was great, the crowd was stylish, and the drinks were top-notch. The only downside was that it was pretty crowded, making it hard to find a seat.

Despite the not so packed house, I noticed several empty seats that remained unoccupied throughout my visit, possibly reserved for later guests who never showed up. It was a bit frustrating not being able to snag a spot, but I appreciated the professionalism of the staff throughout the evening.

The razor clam and the fried lamb chop was pretty good, other than that other food we ordered were so so. The red shrimp carpaccio was a bit salty for our taste. I think Boca Chica and the adjacent restaurant Boca Grande are owned by the same owner as we tried to go to Boca Grande but it was full and the staff took us to Boca Chica but we can order the food from Boca Grande. Cocktail wise was acceptable pretty in the color, but tasted average. Service was friendly and staff speaks pretty good English. The seats are not so comfortable with the table being so low, you have to bend over while you are eating………price wise I would say it is quite pricey for its quality…….

We came up to Boca Chica after having dinner at Boca Grande (a friendly waiter made the reservation for us) we decided to have our dessert up at the bar and so they were extremely kind to bring it up to us.

Our cocktails tasted extremely good, they have a wide choice of alcoholic and nonalcoholic cocktails.
The waitress at the entrance door was super friendly and smiley, she made our date even better!

The venue itself is nice, and the cocktails were enjoyable. However, the real highlight was the magician who came over to perform some acts at our table.

Unfortunately, the experience was completely ruined by the poor and unfriendly service. The waiter was incredibly rude. Each time we attempted to ask a question or place an order, it felt as though we were inconveniencing her, rather than simply ordering drinks. Our original plan was to spend the evening there, but after just one drink, we decided to go elsewhere.

When we arrived, the music was at an acceptable level, allowing us to have a conversation. But suddenly, the volume was turned up so loud that we couldn’t hear each other, even those seated right next to us. We politely asked the waiter if it was possible to return the music to its previous level, as it had been pleasant background music. She responded with a dismissive attitude and a simple “no.”

When we asked to split the bill, so each person could pay for what they had ordered, the waiter said “OK” but then proceeded to charge 50% of the bill to just one person. She then said, “I can only split it in two; otherwise, I’d be here all night taking payments.” Why wasn’t that explained before charging someone 50% of the bill? It was absolutely ridiculous. This was on Monday 14/10 at night, just in case the place would like to know who was in shift that day aiming to address this.

For the price you pay for the cocktails, you should expect a good experience. I wouldn’t return or recommend this place.

Exquisite place! I came here just for drinks after dinner but fell in love with the place! Although it is very pricey, you definitely go there for the experience and the top service. We sat at the bar, with a view of all the lit up bottles on the shelving, it was so stunning to look at. Recommend this place as a lovely way to end the night after a nice dinner
