Maten var verkligen extremt dålig. Inte ens tomatbrödet (vad kan gå fel med det? ) var gott alls. Servitören var förvånad över att vi lämnade restaurangen efter 20 minuter. Maten hade inga kryddor. Och spaghettin med räkor smakade surt.

Beställde mat från den dagliga lunchmenyn. Det fanns 2 olika lunchmenyer en för cirka 17 e och en för 21 e. Maten från båda menyerna smakade fruktansvärt, vi lämnade hälften av den inte klar. En del av maten vi valde var torskfisk, tomatbröd, nötkött, inget var gott och smakade som om det bara var upptinat. Fruktansvärt uppleva mat klokt. Öl och aperol var bra.

Vi hade en fantastisk utmärkt trerätters middag på Nou Celler och vi gjorde olika val från middagsalternativen. Jag hade väl - förberedd torsk och min man hade en stuvad bläckfiskrätt som var utsökt. Denna restaurang ligger på en sidogata nära Picasso-museet och Museum of Modern European Art (MEAM) . Detta var mitt tredje besök på restaurangen, vanligtvis äta lunchmenyn del dia och glad att rapportera kvällsmåltiden var också utmärkt. Det finns också en omfattande tapasmeny men jag brukar gå hit när jag vill ha en vällagad trerättersmeny. Maten är genomgående god och atmosfären lugn och autentisk.

Jag tror att om det är din första gång i Barcelona och vill dyka in i lite katalansk / spansk mat är detta ett bra ställe att börja med. Olika objekt att välja mellan är mycket breda, och de erbjuder också få dagliga menyer till ett fast pris som kan vara mer praktiskt men överväldigande samtidigt.
Vi försökte ett ostsortiment som kommer med några krutonger / kex och ett sylt för att följa med dem, och det var mycket bra! Gazpacho och escudella är också värda att prova och något typiskt! Sedan försökte vi skaldjur paella och jag personligen var inte imponerad alls av det. Ganska blandning och "soppig" konsistens med inte mycket av den otroliga skorpan som borde bildas längst ner i den. Crema catalana var okej men ingenting som skulle lämna ett unikt minne av det.
Sammantaget var en bra upplevelse i denna rustika anläggning och jag tror att det kan vara en bra start för att dyka in i Barcelonas kultur!

Vi åt här 3 gånger under vårt 5 dagars besök i Barcelona. Inte bara var tapas bäst var vi åt, de var rikligt och olika. Personalen välkomnade oss varje gång och kände oss naturligtvis andra och tredje gången. Stämningen var underbar, mysig och som en riktig familjerestaurang. Vi älskade det.

Detta är en liten restaurang med en opretentiös lokal känsla som ger mat av god kvalitet, i generös mängd, till mycket rimliga priser. Menyn innehåller stamgästerna i tapasstilrestauranger med muskler, friterade paprika och ostkinnsställningar. Tjänsten är vänlig och väggarna täckta av målningar och skisser av lokala konstnärer ger en något bohemisk känsla. Rekommenderas särskilt om priset är en övervägande.

Vi ätit lunch här för några dagar sedan och har haft möjlighet att äta på många andra platser sedan dess. Maten här har varit den bästa av partiet. Rödbetasoppa, grillad sardiner, bläckfisk i svart bläcksås, lokal ost, kroketter, bönor och det oundvikliga rostade brödet gnuggas med tomat och en paella som alla tvättades ner med vino tinto. Detta har varit den smakligaste måltiden vi har ätit i Barcelona. Rödbetor soppa var verkligen uppfriskande, ungefär som gazpacho men inte så surt. Rekommenderar starkt!

Liten plats, STORA paella! Vi fick Country Paella (min partner är allergisk mot skaldjur) och det var fantastiskt. SÅ färskt och smakfullt. Vi fick också Grillad Dorada som levereras med läckra potatis och krispig serranoskinka (tänk bacon på steroider). Fick också en bra vinrekommendation, oliver och (naturligtvis) traditionellt katalansk bröd med tomatspridning. Allt var perfekt.
