Wow! This was awful. The worst sushi I've ever had. The menu was pretty simplistic to begin with. Nothing but fairly basic sushi rolls and sashimi's. We ordered the big sampler platter which was a mistake because we couldn't eat much of it. We are probably 1/4 mile from the ocean, but I seriously doubt this fish was fresh because it didn't look or taste fresh. The kicker is that when it arrived it didn't come with any wasabi, so we asked for some. The waitress returned with 3 tiny packets of wasabi. It was gross. At the end we wanted something to get the nasty flavor out of our mouths, so we asked for ginger. Once again she returned with 2 tiny plastic packets of the nastiest ginger ever. I don't normally give 1-star reviews, but this was beyond awful.

My friends and I had been craving sushi and this place didn't disappoint. They have a combo menu that includes salad and soup with a roll. Very affordable and delicious. We all loved our rolls and the service was friendly and attentive. I Will definitely go back.

this was such a great deal for sushi in barcelona. sushi was fresh and it really hit the spot when you're traveling and need your asian fix. it seemed like there was only one person working at the time and he still managed to serve us well! i would definitely recommend this place if you've been spending all your money on tapas and need a change.

This review is solely for takoyaki. It's crisp on the outside and soft in the middle, not dry and not too bready. The pieces of octopus are not generous, but are also not the smallest I've had. Perhaps it's my desperation for Japanese food, but I would come back for 4.80 euro five piece takoyaki.... Their other things are very reasonably priced -- a menu of the day including a soup, udon, and a plate of food (katsu, etc.) or a sushi combination for fluctuating prices under 15 euros depending on what you get (raw fish combinations being more expensive).

We went because it was rated four stars, but man, was it wrong. Everything was microwaved (we watched it go in out) and the seafood was smelly. The rolls without seafood were bland and lacked any texture. The ramen and miso broths were good, but the rest was not. The ice cream was good, but had quite a few ice chunks. Would not go again.

I may becoming too picky, or they just had a bad day, but I didn't find this place that exciting, or cheap. It is a cozy japanese, with two separated rooms with wood tables. You have your menu separated in 3 sheets and some specials hanging on the walls, a bit confusing. We had the premium sushi combo, some shrimp tempura and a tempura tuna and salmon roll. The rice in the sushi was overcooked, the tempura was too oily and I have had better fish. Don't get me wrong, I am giving them 3 stars, normal. Also I felt that there are other japanese restaurants in the center with better value for the money. I may be going back to have their japanese small dishes only.

This place is great, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent, but cheap, sushi. The food was good, the service was quick, and the price point was well within our budget. I gave it four stars because they don't take cards, and their Udon was a little bland. Other than that, you should definitely go to this place.
