I have never in all my days been in a worse McDonald's. Seriously. We like the novelty of a 'foreign' McD's and always go to them, not for a full meal but for a snack and a drink. It wasn't empty when we arrived but not heaving, either. Well, it was heaving with flies - they were everywhere, but that was kind of par for the course in Barcelona. Not only did our two small sandwiches and a drink cost the absurd price of €10, it took 25 minutes. I mean, it tasted nice, but who wants McD's enough to do that more than once? It was about 6pm on a Saturday. We walked by again several hours later and it appeared to be the same situation. Just don't.

I thought that the last review was pretty harsh. Then I came here. We walked in, and saw the same order points as in the UK. Great I thought - switched it to English and ordered no problem. The problem was getting the food. By the time we sat down with it, 25 minutes had elapsed compared to the time on the receipt. They had the system that called the numbers of the orders. Except they totally abandoned it. Ours dropped off in the first ten minutes without being called. Ten minutes later half our order (which was two burgers and a drink) appeared, but we had to wait longer for the second burger. Dreadful system.

Hands down the worst McDonald's in history. They take one order at a time go cook it in the back then take another order. They are not fast food. Make you wait like thirty minutes per order and is the staff ever rude. Terribly managed. Terrible service.

The worst Mc Donald i have ever seen, so dirty, tables full of food and sauces, all bins are full so tables are full of trash, some chairs are so dirty that you do not want to sit, brown floor like it has not been washed for weeks, you barely see through the glass walls. The food was normal but the environment gave it a different taste. Never go there !
