I am a restaurateur with 10 years of experience, but I have never encountered such disgraceful treatment of people.

First of all, the management of “Chica” should be reminded that discrimination is unacceptable in a civilized world. Secondly, if a hostess or administrator openly says, “We don’t like your face” or “We think others are better than you,” this is simply beyond reason. Such behavior is absolutely unacceptable.

Perhaps the staff should undergo proper training to learn the basics of service. Especially when a security guard even went as far as physically pushing people — this is a blatant violation of norms and rules for interacting with guests.

I strongly urge someone from the management team or, better yet, the ownership, to reach out to me. This kind of behavior needs to be addressed immediately. If no action is taken, I am seriously considering filing a complaint with the consumer rights protection authorities.

It is unacceptable to treat people this way. At the very least, guests deserve respect. Frankly, even animals are treated better than how guests were treated at this venue.

THIS CLUB IS RACIST. All my friends got let in but myself and my friend who are both Indian were refused entry because of the ‘dress code’ when we were dressed more formally than the others. The lady scanned my ticket and was very nice until a moody bald security guard came and said no specifically to us (I was also sober) this club is racist and I would highly recommend you to steer clear if you’re anything other than white. I paid for a ticket weeks ago which I won’t even get a refund for because of clear ignorance.  The man looked at me very aggressively and all the other staff seemed confused.

My first experience here was terrible. The waiter said, “You’ll wait for your drink as long as it takes,” which was rude and unprofessional. Total spend for our group was 400 euros.

I decided to give this place a 2nd chance, but the staff at the entrance were rude, and at the end, the security staff started bothering me, asking for my contact information and more. It was very disrespectful. This time we spent around 170 euros.

After these 2 experiences, I will never come back here again. 0 stars. For this price, the staff should communicate properly. There are much better places in Barcelona than this one.

It is very sad that the minimum is 1 star I would like to leave zero. I was a regular guest, almost every weekend, and i recommended this club to my friends and followers in instagram. In December I was banned because I posted in my social media the truth: we were waiting 20 minutes with the table and deposit and after this time they said that we can’t enter. In a rude way. Not at the first moment (they didn’t like someone in our group), but after 20 minutes waiting outside. Next day I had a conversation with a person who is responsible for the workers and he apologised because we all understand that it is not okay that the guests are waiting 20 min, but he said that me as an influencer can’t post anything at social before have a talk and that’s why I was banned. I said I didn’t said anything which is not truth but I don’t want to have a fight and I would like to be in a normal relationship and I don’t think it is a good way to solve a problem. He agreed.

I had a birthday at 3 of January and I had a confirmation that our problem is solved. At the entrance again I was stopped and was waiting around 10-15 min and then the director came and said that all my guests can enter except me because “he doesn’t know about the confirmation” even that I had it from his colleague.

I think it is the worst way to solve the problem to be honest. They said that the director will text me, it was misunderstanding but it never happened. I think that now they have to apologise because they were treating me like this at the day of my birthday. They have my number.

Sometimes people think that they are in Monaco with an exclusive club, but the service is still so far away unfortunately. It is a shame cause the club started really good, with good music and reviews.

Worst experience on NY night.
I don't recommend. The staff at the entrance is extremly rude, they treat you like trash.
It gets hot inside and you have to get out for some fresh air. In some cases they decide to not let you in, for no reason ( I have to mention that I was sober and very decent looking).
They refuse to speak English with guests.
Even if you have tickets, you have to wait outside in a queue for a long time.
