Reserved based on Michelin guide.
Good service.
Good food though some of the courses were smaller. Attention to taste and details.
Nice interior.
The issue is the location in the basement floor of the Casino, when we arrived at 21:00 it was unpleasant, a deserted building site.
Later on there were more crowds.

Really enjoyed the food and service. Best for us were the Yakisakana anticuchero and Lomo Salteado. The ceviche was good but the marinade slightly too strong of lime. Cocktails were excellent.

The lighting is also very harsh, but the atmosphere and was service was 10/10!

Definitely recommend for anyone visiting Barcelona. The food was amazing, and the server Santiago went out of his way to make our experience one of a kind. He had so many great recommendations for what to order and pampered us at every moment

Very interesting Peruvian-Japanese restaurant with beautiful interior and amazing service. The flavours in the dishes are combined in an unusual way for a European, but everything we tasted was exceptional and very tasty. You definitely need to book a table here in advance.

Ají is a fusion Peruvian - Japanese restaurant located between the Ciutadella Vila Olímpica metro station and the beach. For the familiar with the area, it’s basically on the ground level under the big metal fish and can be accessed by the casino. The food is extremely fresh and priced reasonably. The three course lunch menu (menu del día) is filling and offers diners a selection of options for the starters and mains. The causa limeña is definitely worth trying as is any desert with lúcuma, a typical Peruvian fruit. Highly recommend when looking for a high quality meal near the beach.
