It is very clear why this hotel has three Michelin keys. Staying here was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The staff are incredibly attentive. We left our room for no more than 20 mins and by the time we went back, it was already made, mini bar replenished and spotless. That’s the difference having five star service. The restaurant was amazing. Everything from service, setting, food, was impeccable. We booked a spa day and massages, the most relaxed we’ve been in a long time. I wish we would have extended our stay, it’s heaven on earth.

We've stayed for 2 nights and have enjoyed the experience (4.5 stars):
- beautiful view of the surrounding mountains and vinyards
- highlight for us was the food and the wine. Outstanding quality and really delicious. The service at the restaurant was also great
- room designs is modern, cosy and comfy

One thing that could have been improved is the picnic offering. It's 70€ for two and includes two sandwiches, salad, fruit salad, chips, water and a blanket all packed in a backpack. It tasted fine (we liked the dishes consumed at the restaurant much better, especially given the price) but the sandwich sauce was leaking from the alu wrap by the time we unpacked it (only walked around with it for 15min). The sauce had gone all over the inside of the backpack, which made a bit of a mess, especially in the absence of napkins or wipes. Napkins should be included for future guests.

All in all though, it was still a great experience for us and we'd recommend it.

A beautiful location in the Priorat wine region with attractive rooms with all amenities, and many extras.  Outstanding service from the moment you arrive - the best we have ever experienced. Food is excellent as well.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive, the rooms are beautiful, and the restaurant had some of the best food we had in Spain. This is a true luxury hotel and we hope to be back one day!
