Where do l start?! This was hands down the best place l've ever stayed at. The place was GORGEOUS. Great location. Luxurious apartment that was super large. We had a group of 9 and had plenty of space. The views were to die for. The rooftop pool was lovely. Don't get me started on all the staff. They were so welcoming, friendly, and eager to help with anything you needed.
I could just go stay there for weeks at a time and not even leave the building! Would definitely stay again!!

Had a top-notch experience at Casagrand! 7 people more than comfortably fit in the Summum suite. Location was prime and walkable to almost anywhere you'd like to be in Barcelona. Beautiful views, design, and comfort. Cleaning service was great and filtered water daily was a nice touch. Thank you!

Apartment was very spacious, high standard, cleaned daily, and location is ideal.

Our 10-day stay were really enjoyable and this would have been the perfect stay, however there were a couple of incidents that left me quite disappointed with the level of customer service and the tone of one of the receptionists, Cristino. He frankly ruined some of the experience as we had to encounter him a few times on the way in and out.. The rest of the staff were truly wonderful.

1- Additional Water Request
My family and I were five people, but there were only four daily complimentary bottles of filtered water in the apartment. One morning, my wife asked Cristino if it was possible to get a fifth bottle, and he just said no. Surprised, my wife then asked if we could get them replenished earlier that day as we were staying in for most of the morning/early afternoon to which he replied "OK". We waited about 1,5 hours. When I went down to the front desk (phone in apartment was not working for the duration of our stay) to follow up on the request, Cristino responded in an exasperated manner, “Your wife already told me that; we’re going to bring you the water,” instead of just acknowledging the inconvenience.

2, Checkout Time Request
A day before my departure, I approached him to ask if I could extend my checkout time from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM—particularly as I had already been there for 10 days. Cristino gave me a firm “no” without any explanation or effort to accommodate my request. He didn't even bother checking his system  However, the next day, I spoke with a different receptionist who immediately granted a 12pm checkout (instead of 11 am) with no hesitation.

2. Assistance with Luggage
On checking out, I was juggling five pieces of luggage in the lobby. Cristino was there along with the female receptionist who granted me the late check-out.  He didn't even offer to help or even acknowledged my difficulty taking them out of the lift into the reception area and finally outside towards my car transport. I would have expected him to at least propose to help. But, no, i guess he preferred to keep being unpleasant until the very end.

Very spacious and  top notch rooms. Service was great throughout. However the in unit laundry probably needs some servicing because there was a noticeable smell when we opened the laundry room.

Place was awesome. So spacious with good modern layout and furniture. Nice rooftop with nice views of the city. Staff was friendly, courteous and very helpful with all our inquiries and concerns.
