Llevados por las buenas críticas, nos pasamos por Restaurant Garbí situado en la población de Castellar del Vallés. El restaurante es acogedor, muy agradable, con suficiente separación entre mesas. Las elaboraciones tienen todas una línea de sabor contenido por lo que los matices de cada plato son perfectamente apreciables. Led by the good reviews, we stopped by Restaurant Garbí located in the town of Castellar del Vallés. The restaurant is cozy, very pleasant, with enough separation between tables. The preparations all have a line of contained flavor so the nuances of each dish are perfectly noticeable. If we add the professionalism of Ari, who took incredible care of us, the experience was fantastic. We will surely return.

No ens ha encantat el pop arrebossat, potser s'hauria d'haver servit en primer lloc, quan tens més gana. O potser amb el Carpaccio de pop haguéssim encertat més.

We didn't love the battered octopus, maybe it should have been served first, when you're more hungry. Or maybe we would have been more successful with the Octopus Carpaccio.

Sorpresa agradable a Castellar. Restaurant molt ben ambientat, amb estovalles i llum indirecte a cada taula, cadires còmodes i un servei amable i servicial. Vem fer un menú en feiner que actualment val 20 eur amb beguda i postres. Fideuà ,trinxat, galta rostida, bacallà i bunyols i mouse de xocolata de postres. Tot molt ben presentat i amb qualitat. La quantitat adequada al preu que pagues. Pel meu gust milloraria el trinxat; li faltava col ,un toc d'all i una mica de botifarra negre.
Penso repetir a carta per afinar aquesta valoració.

Pleasant surprise in Castellar. Very nicely decorated restaurant, with tablecloths and indirect light at each table, comfortable chairs and friendly and helpful service. Let's do a weekday menu that is currently worth 20 euros with drink and dessert. Fideuà, minced meat, roasted cheek, cod and fritters and chocolate mousse for dessert. Everything very well presented and with quality. The right amount for the price you pay. For my taste it would improve the trinchat; it was missing cabbage, a touch of garlic and some black sausage.
I plan to repeat the letter to refine this assessment.
