I am writing to share my disappointing experience with a gift voucher I purchased for Gran Vendimia. My wife had been dreaming of a culinary experience there, so I bought a voucher worth 260 EUR. Unfortunately, I failed to notice its validity period of just three months.
During this time, my wife contacted the restaurant to inquire about menu changes, as the winter offerings remained the same. It appeared that the chef was more interested in taking selfies than updating the menu.
When we finally decided to use the voucher, we found it had expired two months prior. Upon reaching out to the restaurant, we received a cold and unsympathetic response, stating, "WE ARE CLEAR AT THE MOMENT YOU PURCHASED." There was no apology or alternative offered.
This experience has left a sour taste, and I regret ever considering this restaurant. I urge others to be cautious and not to be swayed by enticing concepts.
