After having Brabo bookmarked for ages, I finally made my way to this offshoot of the world-famous Sartoria Panatieri pizzeria. The experience? Just as I expected - a meat lover's haven with a cozy ambiance and friendly service, but be prepared for the bill!

Our culinary journey kicked off with their bread and smoked butter - a clear nod to their pizza-making roots, but elevated to new heights. It set the bar sky-high for what was to come.

The brioche? Spectacular! A tiny morsel at 10€, but trust me, it's a must-try indulgence.

Now, the ravioli didn't quite hit the mark. At 20€ for a single piece, I was hoping for a more punchy flavor profile.

But oh, the cured "vaca vella" starter! Incredible doesn't even begin to describe it.

While I couldn't tackle their minimum 600g steak solo (the price was as weighty as the portion), the aroma wafting from nearby tables was intoxicating. Diners around us seemed more than satisfied with their meaty feasts.

Pro tip: Bring a friend or two to share the meat-centric delights. That's what Brabo is all about - a carnivore's playground to be enjoyed in good company.

Special place with open kitchen.
Amazing and attentive personal speaking English and Spanish.
MUST HAVE HERE IS THEIR BREAD which they fermented 3 days and then somos here on fire.
For sure I can recommend also oax tail hired in empanada form.

The only thing we ordered a good vintage for meat and the temperature wasn’t right,  a bit cold for this type of wine and unfortunately it didn’t open even after 2 hours.

It’s been an excellent discovery, the staff is always very helpful.
From a friend recommendation I went to visit.
It was absolutely delicious, tasty and plentiful.
The overall experience is probably one of the best in this neighborhood.

I would recommend to anyone who likes meat of great quality (which come for a price).
