It is a very innovative restaurant with memorable experience.

It’s just the main courses I’ve been wondering after sleeping on it. Why are they so sweet?

I wonder if the chefs have the palette of children and wanted everyone to have the child experience?

Yet the sweetness has been challenging my limit all along.

28 courses and 5.5 hours later, we left the restaurant very satisfied. I thoroughly enjoyed every dish, and didn’t feel like the pace of service was off at all. They were also very accommodating given that there were vegetarians in our group. Although I felt the main courses were on the salty side for me, but that’s probably just me.

Looking forward to coming back!

While Disfurtar deserves plenty of praise for being experimental, I’ve dined here over the years and seem to always be impressed yet never in love with the food. It’s almost like a fun lab with innovation leading the way and taste taking the backseat.

The first time I came here was in 2017 and many of the ideas were born then and before I guess. It’s often a combo of flavors that moved from refined Spanish, to fusion with other cuisines to complete experimentation.

You will feel pretty good if you manage to come here but chances are, you will treat every visit like one to a museum that, while impressive, is far from favorite.

One of the best experiences in my life.
First of all, I loved the space - it’s well organised with a touch of a good taste. The work of light is a big advantage- we were in a daytime and it worked out perfectly.
The food is something you can’t describe - every plate is a story, every story is an element. Everything is combined in a beautiful journey, which you’re finishing in a fairy forest. Totally worth your time and attention.
The staff is highly professional and very deeply into their fields. The female sommelier, who we had pleasure to meet, was a one, who’ll answer any of your tricky questions. She was very passionate and interesting to discover the pairings with.

Overall impression is strongly positive - it’s a perfect place for a special occasion to share with your family, dear friends or your loved ones. You’ll definitely never forget your evening there.

We were there in June just right after they got their number one awarded.  We were lucky to get a reservation last minute and managed to schedule our trip to go.  Love the creativity and the dishes were carefully and nicely curated..  it took us around 3 hours and there were a lot of food, but not at all boring.  Well deserved.
