Most coffee in Spain is really lowest quality sortings of beans, and as I understand it, from either machine picking (vacuuming up all ripe and unripe beans!) or hasty hand picking in the coffee plantations. Told to me by aan int'l coffee buyer/cupper

Delicious little coffee shop. I don't speak much Spanish and the lady serving didn't speak much English, but she was so lovely and helpful that I came back to buy two coffee bags to take back with me to London. And yes, the Cortado was really nice 😉
