I was disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not properly cleaned, and many areas showed significant wear and tear. The bathroom had visible mold around the vent and shower, and the door appeared damaged from ongoing humidity. There was a noticeable damp smell throughout the room. The floors were scratched, the bedding wasn’t fresh, and the walls had visible marks. The fridge malfunctioned, and noise from neighboring rooms was easily heard. The windows didn’t insulate well from the cold or outside sounds.

In the hallways, there was a persistent cigarette odor, and the carpets were quite worn. The overall maintenance of the property seemed lacking. Additionally, I experienced an unsettling situation where someone attempted to enter my room at night twice.

For the same price, I found a well-known hotel chain that truly meets 4-star standards. Unfortunately, this property felt more like a 2-star experience. I would recommend looking at other options for a more comfortable stay.

Noisy room because door doesn't fit properly. Opposite elevator, so noise until early hours of morning. For 250 euros a night, totally unacceptable.

Thank you for your quick response. If you forward a contact email I will send you the invoice as my attempts have been returned. However, while you might refer to the 'room rate' as the cost, I am referring to the total spend to stay at your hotel. Appx 220e advance booking with breakfast, a further 40e for city tax and parking and 70e for the restaurant. I discounted the restaurant as the service was excellent.

First night we arrived we got there pretty late and the room was extremely dirty and dusty even the coffee sachets went hard. But after informing management in the morning they cleaned up pretty well. But apart from that the staff were really nice and the location is excellent and they did a little extra something special for the birthday 😊

Stayed here for a weekend break with a friend good location next to the port. Rooms were basic and the bathroom had cracks in the wall. We decided to check out the spa and were very disappointed. We stayed 20 minutes and left promptly we were charged £27 euro as hotel guests to access what is essentially a large bath no robes or slippers were offered which put us off booking treatments . Sauna and steam room were not hot at all and the spa staff extremely rude. It was not a nice experience at all came back to ask for a refund and the colleague had left a note to say she will be returning in 20 minutes - we went to reception to complain and were told we had to return when the spa colleague was back ? The furthest thing from a spa I have ever experienced.

We have just got back from 2 nights at this hotel.
The reception staff couldn't have been more helpful.
They took time to talk us through how to get around the city and recommended restaurants
The rooms were very clean with lovely rituals products and complimentary bottles of water in the fridge.
We would definitely stop her again
