This hotel has to be one of the worst i have ever stayed at in Europe in the past 25 years. By no stretch of the imagination is this a 4 star hotel . At best , 2 stars. I have stayed in better hotels in SE Asia that were 2 stars. Rooms just zero effort or decoration. Member of hotel staff trying to enter my room st 0130, because i had left the door ajar by mistake. Surely the best thing to have done would have been alert me to the fact they were hotel staff, before starting to tinker with the lock??! Shower did not work. Breakfast absolutely atrocious. Nothing around except a lot of graffiti'd shutters . Most of the bars seem to be run by Chinese. Korean place across the road. Really , sticking a few oddly shaped sofas and a bamboo garden in the reception doesn't make it stylish or  make up for the total bargain basement quality of this establishment. Never going again!

Disappointing Stay with Multiple Issues.

This hotel is advertised as a 4-star establishment, but my experience felt more like 2 stars due to poor service and inadequate facilities.

I recently stayed here for a week with my family and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory.

1. Spa Experience: Need to book for a 1 hour spa session, but the sauna was out of order for the entire week. It was quite disappointing, especially since I had looked forward to using it.

2. Lost Belongings: I left some personal items in the spa area, and when I asked the receptionist for help, I was told there was nothing they could do. It was frustrating to hear that there are cameras but no assistance offered in locating my belongings.

3. Laundry Issues: The laundry service was also a hassle. The first time I used it, they mixed up the clothes from different rooms, and I had to go down to sort through them. The second time, I’m still waiting for a resolution regarding my items.

During my stay, my Hugo Boss coat and  jumper were damaged, and despite my attempts to reach out to the management via email, I have yet to receive a response—it's been over a month.

I provided photographic evidence of the damage and detailed my concerns, but the lack of communication is quite frustrating.
I expected much better customer service from a hotel of this reputation.

I hope the management addresses this issue promptly, as I would like to resolve it amicably.
If anyone else has had a similar experience, I encourage you to share your story.

Overall, I expected better service and support from them!

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and the blatant scams are the cherry on top.

First of all, the bathrooms were filthy. There were stains in the bathtub, and the towels had suspicious brown marks. Absolutely unacceptable for a so-called 4-star hotel.

The ventilation system was extremely loud, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. On top of that, the beds are much smaller than advertised in the pictures.

What’s worse, the hotel blatantly rips off its guests. When we asked the hotel to call a taxi, we were shocked to find an extra €12.50 fee added because the hotel made the call. The taxi driver explained that the hotel and the taxi company have a deal to split this “extra fee” as commission. We weren’t informed about this beforehand. To make matters worse, they falsely claimed we were 10 minutes late for the taxi, which was untrue, as we took the taxi exactly on time with proof.

Adding insult to injury, they even charge €2 for cheap plastic cutlery. This place feels more like a 2-star hotel at best.

When I brought up these issues with the hotel staff, they simply didn’t care. Their focus seems to be on squeezing every last cent out of their guests rather than providing a decent experience. Avoid this place at all costs.

- : Check-in was slow, room very dated, bathroom not clean, dust on the walls, door for the bathroom has holes all around, not sound proof nor smell proof. The shower has to be stoped directly with a valve cause the tap didn't work properly, room not soundproof at all

+ : location is ideal, lifts are super fast, garage below the hotel is convenient

Rooms are a bit dated but clean enough, the car park is a challenge so make sure you hire a small car… decent breakfast & not far from good bars & restaurants
