My partner and I love a good food experience… this was definitely that! Top of the line service, each course was lovely with delicious wine options and clearly the entire team is passionate about what they do. Would highly recommend - only consider coming on an empty stomach, we were so full by the time we left! Ps. The pea dish in the photos was my Favorite!

We had the 10 course tasting menu - food was very good, though there was a bit of a stretch with some of the names and themes.
A couple of stand outs were the sea bass, the corn soup and the chilli ice cream.
We didn't take the wine pairing, which I regret, as I think would have elevated the experience.
My 4 star on service was that we had to ask a few times for water, wine etc refilling - the staff would put a few ml in the glass at a time (on a few occasions, less than a mouth full) but be constantly having to replenish - it's really not "posh" to only allow 1cm of wine in the glass at a time. They also hovered at the table and twice tried to take my plate, when I had only paused for a moment and there was still half the serving on the plate. Back off and leave people to enjoy their meal!

Services and atmosphere are Michelin 2-star level, but the food didn’t meet the bar.

It was supposed to be “an experience”. But we already wanted to leave at the half way cuz the food wasn’t what we expected for 2-stars. Services are excellent and I hope they got paid good enough. Atmosphere wise, it’s inside Mandarin Oriental, so it meets the standard.

I’ve dined at restaurants holding a total of 9 Michelin stars (2 in South Korea, 2 in Spain) and Moments was my favorite experience of all! As a strict vegan, fine dining can be hit or miss but at Moments they were so thoughtful in every aspect and every course. They really delivered! We did the 14 course option and the biggest surprise was seeing seitan on the menu. That was amazing, as was everything else! My husband is an omnivore and agrees that the flavors were on point. Service was impeccable. Pacing was correct. At the end, we were given little bottles of the best olive oil as souvenirs. We’re coming back to Barcelona next year on a cruise - I wish Moments was open on the weekdays for lunch so we could make another visit!!
