Best bar I ever went. The atmosphere at this bar is fantastic! We ordered one cocktail and one non-alcoholic drink. The cocktail was incredibly smooth and flavorful, with no strong alcohol taste—just the right balance of flavors. The non-alcoholic drink was also excellent, with a rich depth and layered flavors that made it just as enjoyable as the cocktail. The overall vibe of the bar is relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a chill and enjoyable night out!

Fantastic date night with my boyfriend. Great cocktails and nice staff. Very professional. We were invited at the secret bar as well. Totally recommend it!

There was a short queue on a Friday evening, though it was organized and moved quickly. I had three cocktails, which were all interesting and inventive. The pastrami board was also great!

I visited Paradiso back when it was rated #4 in the World’s 50 Best Bars, so my experience was from February 2024, which is about a year ago. Initially, I thought the reviews were overhyped, but I am genuinely glad to have given this speakeasy bar a try when I was in Barcelona, as I had the time of my life.

Reservation
There was a virtual queue with a QR code which took about an hour and a half (for me personally) during a Sunday night, so I walked around the nearby area to kill time. The waiting game was probably the only downside with this overall experience.

Drinks / Snacks
Since this review is a bit belated, drinks may vary from what they currently have on the menu, but the ones I had were bangers and truly unique. I started off with Tesla which was a strong contender, rated #2 on my list. Followed by, Voyage, which was probably my least favorite out of the four drinks I ordered. Then I was intrigued by Legacy which was served with edible paper. Last, but not least, and my favorite, is Immersion served on a seashell. I also enjoyed their focaccia with smoked porchetta along with the drinks and it paired well.

Service
I got sat near the door which was ok, it was a bit cramped, but once a seat opened up where the bartenders were, I was given the option to move by one of their awesome team members. As I went solo, I appreciated the bartenders striking up conversations, the engaging presentation of the drinks, and the timing of their arrival.

This was my first true bar experience, and wow, it did not disappoint! The welcome drink was incredible!! I love the vibe here, and it is certainly worth the wait time. Most of the drinks are gimmicky, and you won’t find them anywhere else in the world. Every drink is its own unique experience, and if you happen to fall in love with the welcome drink like I did, they allowed me to order it as a round. The staff is friendly and informative. Certainly deserves its world rankings.
