Amazing experience you’ll have to try! Sato prepared dishes right I front of you in an intimate 6 seat restaurant. The quality of the food was great as well as the presentation!

If you’re a fan of authentic tasting sushi as you’d find in Japan I highly recommend the experience.

We made a reservation via WhatsApp way before our visit and was able to secure a time slot. The inside is small so there is not a lot of seating available. We arrived 30 min late due to a severe thunderstorm and if it was in NY our reservation would have been canceled by the owner was very accommodating.

All the pieces were delicious and you could see how much thought and care the chef puts into each piece. The flavors are simple yet refined, nothing fancy just quality ingredients that are paired well with each other. My favorites were the o-toro, shrimp with shrimp brain and toasted shrimp shell salt, mini mackerel hand roll, and miso soup.

This was an amazing meal and reasonably priced. It is a small husband and wife shop and the service was seamless. If I visit Barcelona again I would definitely come back!

Excellent meal. There were 15+ courses, but I'll highlight a particular dish: nigiri with red prawn, topped with its tomalley, torched. The white powder on top that looks like salt is actually the prawn shells that have been dried and ground.

What a wonderful experience! Small restaurant that’s serves 7 people max. Pure magic! Ingredients of the great quality. Each dish is beautiful and perfect in its own way. Booking is a must (first Monday of each month) - we will be back, for sure.
