I stayed here in August and just realized I forgot to leave a review. This hotel was PHENOMENAL!!! I don’t have a single bad thing to say. From the minute you walk in to the minute you leave, you are treated so well. From Sandra downstairs at breakfast to all of the girls who work at the rooftop bar and restaurant, the service is exceptional. We cancelled our reservation at a different hotel because we wanted to come back and stay here for our last night in Barcelona. Amazing service and the staff is sooooo kind and welcoming. I will never stay anywhere else if I visit Barcelona again!!

We had the pleasure of staying at Serras Hotel in Barcelona for part of our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with exceptional service. The hotel itself is stunning—elegant, modern, and perfectly located by the beach. Our room was beautifully designed, spacious, and equipped with every amenity we could possibly need.

A highlight of our stay was dining at the hotel’s restaurant, where we enjoyed delicious meals. The food was fresh, flavorful, and paired with impeccable service.

Serras Hotel made our honeymoon unforgettable, and we can’t recommend it enough to anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and top-tier hospitality in Barcelona. We will certainly be back!

Excellent service and food. The roof terrace with its views is nice for drinks, even in the November cold with the fireplace on. The restaurant has dedicated and friendly staff, a lovely selection of foods and drinks. It’s a great location to be able to explore the city a nice calm and clean haven for when you’re done sightseeing.

We cannot say anything bad about this hotel! The location is prime, very close to the Gothic Quarter, which we loved. The rooftop bar, cleanliness of the rooms / common areas, as well as the service was top notch. You feel like you are staying in a spot just steps away from all of the best food, attractions, etc. but also feel so private.
Compliments to Sandra who served us every breakfast and was extraordinary. She made you feel like it was a 5 star bed and breakfast with personalized meals which were delicious. Also, Pau was extremely helpful at the front desk, giving us phenomenal recommendations and advice throughout our trip.

Everybody at the hotel was so accommodating to all our requests. We would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Barcelona!!

We just stayed here with our toddler and had the best time - the hotel itself is lovely, but they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable with our kid. They set up a huge crib for us in the room with linens, there was a baby amenity kit, and a kids size bathrobe - not to mention the kind and attentive staff who doted in our son making us all so comfortable. Pancakes and juice at breakfast, etc. Would highly recommend this hotel if traveling with your children!
