Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, we were welcomed with warmth and care. A special thanks to Edgar for his professionalism and hospitality—he went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable. We also want to acknowledge Facundo, who was always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms are stylish, spotless, and incredibly cozy. The location is perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel creates a true sense of relaxation.

I recently stayed at Sonder Barcelona Hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! This quaint hotel has an excellent location, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing.

What truly stood out during my stay was the outstanding staff. Every team member we interacted with was extremely friendly and accommodating. We encountered a minor issue with our room, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it quickly and efficiently, which made us feel valued as guests.

Overall, I highly recommend Sonder Barcelona Hotel for anyone looking for a delightful and hassle-free stay in the heart of the city.

Can’t believe how impressed I was with my stay at Sonder. The location is incredible and so was the price. From the moment I stepped in the ambience was completely perfect. After a long travel day, I needed some extra luck with an early check in. I told Facu, Alba and Helena at the front desk that I was on a solo birthday / work trip and they made it happen right away. We chatted like old friends and they gave me perfect recommendations about what to do while in Barcelona. My room was ready within 30 minutes and when I got in there, there were balloons and chocolates and a card on the bed waiting for me. They caught such a simple detail and made my stay unforgettable the room was comfortable, clean, had a lot of extra tokens that were useful to me on an international trip like a spare toothbrush and really nice lotions. The breakfast buffet was all fresh, homemade, and explained to me by the staff member working. She also made me an incredible cortado! I’ve already looked at other Sonder locations around the world because I will go out of my way to stay at this chain from now on. Thank you thank you thank you!

They need to improve their hygiene. The  bathrooms have stains and hair on the floor and in the wall. The room paint is damaged and stained. Every day, I see dust and hair balls on the floor, maybe it is dragged from the cleaners trolly. First, I booked a room with a terrace, which was much worse it was a disaster, and the receptionist gave me a hard time to change it. The next day the manger came and he was so cooperative and changed the room for me. The staff were friendly and nice. The only disadvantage is the hygiene, which is the most important part for every property in the world.

A very no-frills five star hotel, should be more like a serviced apartment or at the most a 4star. We booked the king suite, The room was large and clean but the amenities were lacking severely in both the room and the hotel. The view was the back of the old apartment not what you expect for the most expensive room on site.
Cheap toilet paper, slippers and room amenities.  The staff were friendly for the most part, but not well polished, young, unorganised and really not well dressed. Again, this is fine, but not for ‘five star’ hotel.
Check-in is at 4 pm, which exceptionally late. We were interrupted in the morning of checkout at 9 am. The maid just entered our room as we were getting dressed. Upon leaving, we left our bags at the so-called reception as we had a late flight we went out and spent the day in the city. We came back to collect our bags and we still had half an hour before our cab was Arriving we went to sit in the Restaurant/café as there is no waiting area upstairs and the downstairs waiting area is very cold and unwelcoming we were told that To buy something if we wanted to sit in the café/bar as it is actually not part of the hotel. This is ridiculous An absolutely not the five star hotel experience you expect. Again the hotel was clean. The location was good and the room was big but we did book and pay for a suite nothing else or stand out a lot of improvements needed in order to be a five star hotel, Again, this felt more like a service apartment.
