If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would. We stayed here one night before our cruise, and it did not disappoint. They give you a room tour and a drink of your choice from the bar upon arrival.

Yes, it has an elevator, yes it has good air conditioning, and yes it has good wifi.

As part of Hilton honors gold & above-  SLH - we were given free breakfast. It was outstanding to say the least. They’ll call a taxi for you to the port (15 minute ride).

Simply the Best hotel in Barcelona! Hotel staff and restaurant are amazing! Rooms,  food and quality of service is top notch! I give it a 5 stars anytime…BRAVO!

We are Globalist Hyatt members and stayed here because of all the positive reviews and the brand recently joining Hyatt.   It’s nice, beds are comfortable, but other than that, not sure what all the excitement is for.   We had a Medium room, were not upgraded.   The medium room is small and you struggle to open 2 suitcases in it.   The hotel has no views - all rooms look into a courtyard so rooms are dark. The bar has a cool vibe, nice to stop by for a drink.  We did, interesting though, we ordered a dirty martini and they didn’t have olives. Overall for over $500 a night, I think there are way better options in Barcelona for less!  …oh and breakfast wasn’t include either for that price, even as a Globalist members.  Extremely slow service at breakfast and not attentive.   Overall, disappointing stay.

Such a special hotel. Really beautiful hotel in a great location but nice and quiet at night. Service is something else - Ivanna was incredible in terms of her friendliness and helpfulness while Santiago was also wonderful. Can't wait to return.

What a beautiful hotel, nestled away deep in the Gothic Quarter. If you want hidden luxury, this is the place for you. The room was lovely, the bar was beautiful with great cocktails and the rooftop pool area was really quite idyllic - quiet but with stunning views across the rooftops and spires of the Gothic Quarter and the sea in the distance.
