Un restaurant de tota la vida que he tingut la sort de descobrir ara. Aquí, la matèria primera és la protagonista absoluta. Sincerament, només he trobat cloïsses del mateix nivell en dos llocs de Barcelona. Disposen d’un menú de suggeriments del xef amb plats de temporada i un altre especial amb tòfona.

Més enllà de la qualitat excepcional del producte, el toc de cuina és espectacular. Els percebes, de forma perfecta i amb molt de sabor; els cargols de punxa, espectaculars de gust i netíssims; les cloïsses, impressionants; el xanguet amb tòfona, una autèntica delícia, i les escamarlans, d’un altre planeta. A més, tenen una carta de vins molt ben seleccionada per acompanyar cada plat.

És cert que el preu és alt, però també hi ha opcions més econòmiques de gran qualitat, cosa que permet gaudir d’una experiència gastronòmica sense necessitat de fer una gran despesa. El tracte és proper i molt agradable, et fan sentir com a casa. Potser les anxoves no van estar al nivell de la resta, però segurament va ser qüestió de moment. Sens dubte, tornarem per seguir descobrint la carta i els plats de temporada.

They have a menu of the chef's suggestions with seasonal dishes and another special one with truffles.

Beyond the exceptional quality of the product, the kitchen touch is spectacular. The barnacles, perfectly shaped and with a lot of flavor; the spiked snails, spectacular in taste and very clean; the clams, impressive; the xanguet with truffle, a true delight, and the crayfish, from another planet. In addition, they have a very well selected wine list to accompany each dish.

It is true that the price is high, but there are also cheaper options of great quality, which allows you to enjoy a gastronomic experience without having to spend a lot. The treatment is close and very pleasant, they make you feel at home. Maybe the anchovies weren't up to par with the rest, but it was surely a matter of timing. Without a doubt, we will return to continue discovering the menu and seasonal dishes.

Excelente producto. El unico pero fue el tomate, tenia mucha camara, aunque es verdad que no es época pero yo no lo hubiera puesto en carta. Lo mejor, los erizos, las colmenillas, las cigalas y la almeja. El mejor producto del mar en Vic.
