Servicio excelente, pero la ensalada estaba muy fría, estaba la salsa congelada. El resto muy bien. Calidad-precio muy superior a otros restaurantes.

Exquisito , delicado , sublime.
Un restaurante como pocos.
De entrada , el lugar es precioso.
Al llegar , aparcamiento propio.
Se accede por un jardin muy limpio y cuidado al espacio Amunt.
Al entrar , nos recibe una señora quien nos indica que "Somos los primeros" y muy amablemente nos acompaña a la mesa.
Exquisitas mesas , con manteleria de calidad , montadas impolutas.
Vemos a Camareros y Camareras vestidos inmaculados , ellos con corbata.
Nos traen el menú y la carta ,  y elegimos solo los segundos platos , ya que el aperitivo y los 3 primeros , son los mismos para todos.
Como extra , pedimos de la carta un par de croquetas de pollo , buenisimas.
Entrante del menú , gazpacho de remolacha y tomate. Correcto.

Ensalada de tomates con aliño miel y mostaza , fresca y deliciosa.
Seguimos con una coca hojaldrada de Samfaina con Roast Beef y Mostaza antigua. Deliciosa y muy equilibrada.
Rissoto de zanahorias y canana , correcto , con gran sabor , para mi gusto un pelin mas cremoso hubiese estado perfecto , pero estaba delicioso , al dente.
El segundo a escoger , Corvina con pure de verduras y Pato con patata trufada.
El pescado , perfecto en su punto.
El pato , con una salsa de reduccion y crocanti , deliciosa.
Postre , Chocolate en texturas. Muy bueno.
La atención del personal , muy profesional.
El espacio , distendido y relajado , a pesar de estar lleno al momento de irnos.
Temperatura perfecta , afuera hacia un calor exagerado , alli , 23/24 grados perfectos.
Lugar que nos queda muy lejos para frecuentarlo mas seguido , pero que recomendaré y volveré en cuanto me sea posible.
Precio del menú , 29 euros con agua incluida y postre. Perfecta relación calidad precio.

The Amunt space is accessed through a very clean and well-kept garden.
Upon entering, we are greeted by a lady who tells us that "We are the first" and very kindly accompanies us to the table.
Exquisite tables, with quality linens, set up immaculately.
We see waiters and waitresses dressed immaculately, them with ties.
They bring us the menu and the menu, and we choose only the second courses, since the appetizer and the first 3 are the same for everyone.
As an extra, we ordered a couple of chicken croquettes from the menu, delicious.
Menu starter, beet and tomato gazpacho. Correct.
Starters.
Tomato salad with honey and mustard dressing, fresh and delicious.
We continue with a Samfaina puff pastry coca with Roast Beef and Old Mustard. Delicious and very balanced.
Carrot and canana risotto, correct, with great flavor, for my taste a little creamier would have been perfect, but it was delicious, al dente.
The second to choose, Corvina with mashed vegetables and Duck with truffled potatoes.
