First time in Edition madrid , from your first step in the hotel you will notice the beautiful smell few steps later you will find the concierge that will help you with whatever you need , I went to the first floor for the front desk to check-in , the girl there was really helpful and kind but unfortunately I didn’t ask for her name.
Anyways the hotel is clean and the people there are really friendly.

I recently stayed at the Madrid Edition hotel, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. The hotel’s design is stunning, blending modern elegance with a touch of local charm. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had breathtaking views of the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep.

One of the highlights was the hotel's dining options. The restaurant offered a diverse menu featuring both local and international cuisine, and the breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses. I particularly enjoyed the fresh pastries and specialty coffee.

The location is perfect, situated within walking distance of major attractions like the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor. Additionally, the hotel’s amenities, including the stunning lobby, provided a fantastic spot to unwind and enjoy the cozy atmosphere yet vibrant.

Overall, my stay at Madrid Edition was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of Madrid. I can’t wait to return!

The Madrid EDITION is a swank hotel located in the center of everything, but costs about 40% more than its rooms, service and facilities justify. Three nights in a room with a king bed and a terrace came to around €2000. And that's not counting the €250 charge for our small dog. Unlike other 4- and 5-star hotels that provide dog-related amenities (dog bed, bowls, a treat) for their pet surcharges, the EDITION provided exactly nothing.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Having said that, the check-in process took so long I literally had to sit down after a while.

The room was nice but not €600 of nice. If this hotel charged half of what it does, this would be a 5-star review.  But, given the cost, it really does not live up to expectations.

What a fantastic hotel! Loved every single minute of our stay! Very spacious rooms, we had a room with street view. Nice amenities. Good bedding. The design of the hotel is just fab. The bars, the restaurants and even a very cool techno club in the cellar. The location is very very central. I will definitely stay again when visiting Madrid

I stayed at the Madrid EDITION for a birthday celebration of my friend, and I have to say that we highly appreciated the amenities in the room for the occasion. The room was very beautiful, but noisy in the morning. Most of the staff were very kind and willing to help. Special mention to Ana, that was extremely professional, helpful and kind upon check-out. Definitely recommended for every occasion. Location is the best.
