The hotel has a nondescript entrance, reception is on 3rd floor. Professional, warm and friendly staff at front desk when we checked in on 13 Dec 2024. The staff were kind and gave good recommendations on the Christmas markets to go to.

The rooms were spacious and looked fairly new. Simple and basic no frills design. The bathroom was also sizable and clean. Toiletries like shower gel and shampoo were available. The bed was firm and comfortable.

Location wise, it is near to the main shopping street and walking distance to a few tourist attractions. There is a bus stop right in front and a metro station just 2 minutes away. Gran Via can be quite crowded so the area is relatively bustling and crowded.

Overall, good service and comfortable, clean and new rooms. Worth a stay for the price.

I just finished two separate one night stays for business and I was extremely impressed by this hotel. The location is fantastic, close to the Gran Via but tucked away on a quiet side street so it's not too noisy. The service at the front desk was very friendly and efficient, and the rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern.

Definitely will be my go-to hotel the next time I visit Madrid.

A fantastic place to stay in the heart of the city! The modern and stylish design creates a vibrant atmosphere, and the rooms are comfortable, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Gran Vía, making it easy to explore the city's best attractions. Great value for money—highly recommend!

Great Location but small rooms. This is understandable as it’s middle of Gran Via and walkable to every spot. You can’t have everything. I spent 7 nights and overall experience was great.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Aloft Gran View Marriott, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, I was met with warmth and genuine care, thanks to the wonderful check-in staff—Angie, Tiziana, and Giulia. Their attention to detail and kindness set the tone for my entire stay, making me feel valued as a guest from the start.

What truly stood out was the consistency of outstanding service. As each shift change occurred, I was impressed to find that the level of care and attention remained unchanged. Every member of the staff, without exception, was not only professional but also incredibly thoughtful, making sure that my needs were met and my experience was nothing short of excellent.

This hotel truly fosters a culture of care & excellence , and it’s evident that the commitment to providing exceptional service is not just a one-off but a standard they uphold across the board. It’s rare to experience such dedication to guest satisfaction, and it made my stay feel personal and special every step of the way.

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but the hospitality at Aloft Gran View Marriott is by far the best I’ve encountered. It’s clear that the team here goes above and beyond to ensure that every guest has an outstanding experience. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough for anyone looking for a place where service truly shines.
