Best hotel for its excellent service, location and breakfast. Very trendy breakfast area converts into a well-known Japanese restaurant. I would return in a heartbeat, especially when it is warmer to try the roof pool. The English TV channel did not have steady satellite connection - could be improved.

It's breathtaking in every sense of the word.

I was there to write an article about the best rooftops in Madrid, and I was met by Wasim & Aejandro, who answered all of my questions and gave me a very nice tour of the place; they're both true hospitality professionals: warm and know how to engage with their guests.

I would definitely recommend BLESS Hotel to anyone seeking an above-average experience in Madrid.

Good location, but on loud Main Street. We had booked a room to the courtyard and insisted on that, although the receptionist tried to convince us otherwise on arrival. Room was nice but had flaws: AC serves as heating and didn’t work properly- and there is no heating in the bathroom!! It was December and it got quite chilly, as the bathroom was big as well. No window to open either to let the steam out, and when the bathtub got full the water came out on the other side of the wall out of the tubes and the room was inundated. Master bedroom had a bay window which was poorly insulated and it got cold there and I noticed it in the bed during the night.
Staff was nice though, as was the breakfast. Nice atmosphere at the lobby bar.
Not 5 star room, overall impression good.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Bless Hotel Madrid, and it was an unforgettable experience. Situated in the heart of Salamanca, the location is perfect for those who love to shop, with high-end boutiques just a 5-minute walk away. For those keen on exploring the city, Gran Vía is a leisurely 40-minute walk, making it ideal for both convenience and a touch of sightseeing.

This boutique hotel effortlessly blends classic charm with modern elegance. I stayed in the Premium Room, which was thoughtfully designed with a cozy sofa corner that made it feel like a true home away from home. One of the standout features was the bathtub, which overlooked the room — a luxurious detail that elevated the entire experience.

What truly set Bless Hotel apart was their attention to detail. Every evening during the turn-down service, they prepared the bed for sleeping and left delightful sweets or chocolates, adding a thoughtful and personal touch. The staff were incredibly attentive, ensuring all my needs were met with care and professionalism.

The only suggestion I would have is to consider adding a hose in the bathroom for enhanced hygiene. Other than that, everything was flawless, and I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

For anyone seeking a mix of luxury, comfort, and an unbeatable location in Madrid, Bless Hotel is a fantastic choice!

First of all the hotel is amazing & the location is perfect for me & my husband! very nice area & classy! few blocks away from Retrio Park! We stayed at Premium Velazquez View room. The room was spacious & all our 5 luggage fitted into the wardrobe! the bathroom is large as well and the bathtub made a difference in our stay. We also enjoyed the SPA there as it was included in our room rate! So, I highly recommend this hotel if you're staying for 5-7 days! Only one thing that needs to be developed is room service, they really gave me a hard time forgetting coffee cups or capsules which made me call each time to ask for!
