Great food, fast service, good experience overall. They offer different dishes based on the season. Tortilla was pretty good here. The garlic prawns and scallops were also juicy. Lamb chops were the best! My favorite out of all I have tried. Was surprised that they offered such good lambs. A great place for different varieties and rich flavor.

Food: The flavor of this tortilla was probably the best I’ve had as the caramelized onions truly brought the flavor out. Ate here twice because it was that good! However, the bread that came with it wasn’t as amazing as other places. I would have enjoyed the tortilla better if it came with pan con tomate (bread with tomato), which is how it’s typically brought to you at other places.

Service: Can be a bit slow due to the crowd. Not the most attentive staff.

Ambiance: Place is very popular among locals and tourists so expect to wait as I don’t think you can make a reservation. Line moves quickly and there’s actually two locations in the Mercado, which helps to accommodate more people. Both indoor and outdoor seating available, depending on which location you go to in the Mercado.

Don't sleep on Casa Dani. It really is the best tortilla! I know they have other menu items, but I was here by myself specifically to try the tortilla, and I was able to get a small piece of both the plain and the version with onions.

OMG it is truly the most perfect texture, still soft and creamy inside and firm on the outside. They were both fantastic, nicely seasoned inside and out, but the one with onions really stole the show for me because it just added a whole other dimension of flavor.

The servers were extremely kind and patient. I'm always not sure how they will receive American tourists (we don't always have the best reputation) but they were so nice and one of them even said he loved the Boston Celtics (I said I was from near Boston), haha.

I was lucky when I arrived because although it was fairly busy, there was no line, and there were still a few tables up for grabs, but by the time I left it got busier and busier.

Good diner food that is an all around good restaurant.

The omelet was the best one we had in Spain and something you must order if you eat here. You see it on pretty much  try much every table for good reason.  The oxtail (1pax) and octopus were both very good as well. The shrimp was okay.

We loved Casa Dani and enjoyed everything we ordered, from the tortilla de patata (which everyone ordered) to the lamb chops and scallops. The lamb chops were some of the best things we ate on our entire Spain trip. The atmosphere was casual and fun, sitting at the counter.
