We had a 9 course tasting menu and it was extremely nice. We also had expert advice from the sommelier who advised on an excellent Palomino, and that really accompanied our tasting menu very well. The quality of everything was excellent. The only dish of the 9 courses that I personally did not like was the Topinambur. In my opinion this dish did not do anything special at all, and it was not up to par with all the other delicious dishes that we had( special mention to the Steak Tartary, the Albondiga de Pato, the pulpo asado, and the Molleja with beurre blanch, all outstanding !). The prices are very low for this type of restaurant , so it is worth booking in advance and go! And next time I will have the 11 dishes tasting menu !

One of the good restaurants in Madrid that gives you a new food experience.

We ordered mainly the most important dishes on the menu, and honestly all of them had super good consistency in impressing us with good flavors.

The staff are super friendly and helpful.

The food experience was amazing, highly recommended .
Menu Comparte  or menu Paritana.  Steak tartar with croissants. Croquetas. Pulpo asado! The salsa is amazing.

This restaurant is a must-try if you visit Spain. We came for a late lunch and they squeezed us in even though it was almost closing time, and let us enjoy a nice leisurely lunch. The food was incredible. One after another, the dishes were perfectly cooked with top notch flavor. The best dish for me was the tuna cheek. I had no idea that tuna cheek could taste like the most amazing short rib. Holy moly I was blown away by that. The artichokes, octopus and the croquettes were also really delicious. We ordered about 9 items for 4 people and we were sufficiently full, and I can honestly say that all of the dishes were great, some more than others.

Amazing little restaurant run by friendly people. They have nice wines and great food. The cheese platter was one of the best I've had in Madrid. Order your wine well before your plates come though, as it could get busy, things might not always come when you want it, just keep that in mind.
