We loved our time at Dear Hotel! The staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a great restaurant recommendation! Our room was upgraded, and it was lovely - clean, spacious and well designed. Great views from the balcony! We also enjoyed drinks up at the roof bar, which has excellent views and a chilled atmosphere. Loved it, would definitely stay here again! Oh and the location is fantastic - right in the thick of it!

The service staff, specifically, Jorge and Lucia, they were amazing! They really leveled up the customer experience. Every morning they welcomed us by remembering our preferred beverage and seat preference. The dining experience was top notch.

The front desk staff was also notable, Jerome and Adrian. Thank you!

The hotel was delightful, nice rooms, bedding, location and views as well.

The above review is long overdue as our trip was in October.

The maid services is lacking. The rooms were great.

Dear Hotel is my go-to in Madrid! The location is perfect—just behind Malasaña and close to the city center. The breakfast was fantastic, and Jorge truly made our stay special. He was incredibly kind, funny, and went out of his way to make our toddler feel at ease. His warm, attentive service made all the difference. The view was spectacular, and the room was quiet and well-equipped. Highly recommend!

It’s our second stay at Dear Hotel and we love it! The location is perfect.  We were greeted on arrival by BEA and also during our check out. She is awesome, sweet and extremely helpful.

Our room had the most amazing view of Plaza de España and the Gran Via Street.

Definitely recommend to stay at Dear Hotel!
