I had a great business stay. The restaurant offers really tasty food. Welcome drink on the house. Good breakfast. Great shower with good water pressure. Nice products for shower and to wash your hair. Very thorough housekeeping. The rooms are spacious and the bed is comfy. Only suggestion is to leave blanket in closet in room for the winter months as it is a little cold if you are a lone traveller. More energy efficient than turning heating on (which is possible as you can have air, cooling and heat).

Great hotel..the staff are kind and polite..the rooms are spacious with all the amenities you need and luxury toiletries. It's a bit far away from the centre but close to the metro so it's not so bad. Breakfast is great and accommodates all diets. Genuinely impressed..will stay with them on my next visit.

Stayed here a couple of times for work and it’s generally a very good standard but the rooms are starting to show their age with wear and tear. I had an accessible room on the first floor which suffered with quite a bit of noise from the public areas below. It also had the worst design of shower which repeatedly flooded the bathroom! That said, the breakfast is good (although very busy before 8) and the general service from the bar staff through to reception is excellent. They are all very friendly. The sparkling wine at the front desk is a nice touch too…

The hotel is relatively good, but the rooms are worn out and need to be renewed. The hotel staff was friendly, it was very, very clean. The location is excellent.

We met at the bar. Fabulous atmosphere, decoration. Great service. Candy on the counter. Nice touch. A SHAME the "Tapas" were croquetas so cold and old after one bite you just had to leave it on the plate.
