We loved our stay here. Definitely upgrade to the Red Level. The lounge was great and the private concierges (especially Yanna) were delightful and helped with our stay. Also loved our private jacuzzi on our deck.

What all 5 star hotels should be! Red level access meant free snacks, drinks and tapas everyday from 1-10pm. Gift in our room every afternoon. Suite was spacious. Placing of shower next to tub was a little bit awkward otherwise room layout was lovely.

Beautiful hotel located in the Salamanca district close to museums, city centre, Retiro park, and other must-see attractions. All the rooms are beautiful and have plenty of closet space. Staff are very friendly and greet you everywhere you go in the hotel. Even though we don't eat much before dinner, the red-level lounge access is perfect for a cocktail or non-alcholic drinks before heading out to dinner. The lounge also offers snacks. The beds, choices of pillow types, in-room espresso machine and well maintained decor make this an exceptional hotel. I'll be sad to leave this coming Friday.

This is absolutely the best staying in Madrid. Ive been to beautiful city of Madrid for few times and non of the 5 star hotels have ever made my trip this way. The Location is perfect the rooms with red level is great staff are so so friendly and welcoming food and drinks at the restaurants are so good and yummy ……
I highly recommend this hotel because of its great location pleasant staff “Yana you’re wonderful like all of  you guys ❤️”and for so so many other reasons. Can’t wait to go back and enjoy the ultimate experience of this beautiful place.

What a fantastic hotel! It’s a beautiful property, with a luxurious lobby and restaurant, spacious rooms, and walking distance to great shopping, and other sites. The staff is amazing. They have so many people on site to attend to your needs, offering the highest level of service, in a friendly manner. They really go out of their way to take care of their guests. Little touches like complimentary fruit and sweets in our room added to our experience. We upgraded to the Red Level access, which included snacks and open bar during our stay in their top floor restaurant, and rooftop patio, which was a great spot to unwind. Just a great experience, with excellent service. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable stay!
