Hotel is right in the middle of Madrid, nevertheless it is absolutely not loud. Close to train and bus stations and various shops and restaurants. Our room was cleaned every day.  Service and personnel were very nice and helpful.
As we stayed with a 5 year old child maybe the only thing we were missing is some playroom or anything for kids.
Breakfast was good. Some more vegetables would also be nice! All in all we liked our stay and would recommend the hotel absolutely.

I loved everything about this hotel and I can’t recommend it enough. The location is prime and near stores, metro, restaurants, etc. There is so much to discover in the area. The rooms including the bathroom were so spacious which is amazing because that is not something I experience a lot while in Europe. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of variety in terms of pastries, fruit, hot foods and meats. The staff made the stay even more special. We went to Madrid for my sister’s birthday and they made her day extra special without us even mentioning it. During breakfast she was surprised with chocolate cake and a candle that they lit up. We all sang Happy Birthday. Then after we got back to the hotel from spending the day out we came back to candy, a bottle of wine, glasses for the wine and a note. It was so sweet. They go the extra mile there and I’m so glad I choose to stay here. I will recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay again whenever I go back to Madrid.

This hotel location is perfect, right in the center of the city. The hotel is clean, the personnel is friendly and helpful. We stayed for 3 nights here and the experience was overall good. The bad, the sheets, the towels are very good as quality. The area was not noisy. Few minuses are related to the following:
- no slippers in the room
- no hair conditioner in the room
- nothing complimentary in the room: tea, coffee machine, water heater, tea, nothing.
- limited breakfast menu
- the air ventilator in the bathroom doesn’t work and the bathroom has no windows
- the bidet is very tightly placed in the bathroom and it almost cannot be used
For the right rates, it is worthy.

This hotel is in great location, and the service is good. One thing we didn't like was the constant noise from a construction site in front of the hotel. When you book they dont tell you these things and it was very inconvenient for guests, other than that it was s good stay..

Very well located hotel, personnel at the check in very amicable. Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation there may be noise depending on the location of your room. I would not pay for breakfast as during renovation, it is quite chaotic and not worth it. Some basic things were missing and you have to beg for a glass of of water or piece of bread.
